By decree of President of the Council of Ministers of 3 December 2008 were authorized more 150,000 new entrants to immigrant workers, most of which ( 105,400 ) reserved recruitment of domestic helpers and caregivers, while the remainder are reserved to the States that have signed agreements to tackle illegal immigration. - a residence card;
- a residence card;
- residence permit for EC long-term residents;
- residence card issued to foreign nationals family members of EU citizens.
If the employer is a legal entity established in Italy with non-legal representatives, shall not give any confirmation.
remain thus excluding non-EU workers who, although having the requirements to apply for a residence, not having paid the request in terms of publication of the decree.
Naturally Stop Shops that have not yet done so to allocate all the shares of the previous decree (about 170,000 in all), must first exhaust that allocation and then move to examine additional 150,000 shares stated in this Decree-bis flows for 2008 .
