Ongoing work accidents and iron have led to debate on the Leg. 81/2008 last (sterile?) Attempt to regulate (and punish) the safety in the workplace (but infuse the culture).
Within this decree, however, there is a tool created by the reform of the labor market (Legislative Decree no. 276/2003) and went straight into oblivion (though the correct word was "testing"): the book training of the worker.
For safety at work, this tool is obviously helpful to certify participation in the various courses required for the training of workers in charge of services for prevention, but in reality this is a tool created to be useful to all workers.
is in fact from various European projects lifelong learning aimed at providing a new concept of training in a changing labor market: in fact, given the high flexibility required in the new market, the worker is increasingly change careers and reinvent themselves in new roles, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge is also very different. So this book is to certify and maintain the portability of individual training.
Unfortunately, the regime testing only at the regional level and the fact that the cure of this book is largely given to the employee (not always well-informed), have meant that it is not yet taken off, and yet could serve the many workers who change employers three, four times a year, with contracts of all types, training, long term, internships, etc..
